Local plan approved for Ullerødgaard

We are pleased to announce that the local plan for Ullerødgaard in Kokkedal has now been officially adopted and sent for public consultation. This marks an important milestone in a project that has been in development for several years.

The project includes 11 single-family plots, 17 terraced houses, and 6 apartments. With the adoption of the local plan, we now have a strong foundation for realizing the vision of a sustainable, diverse, and attractive residential area – with respect for both the site’s history and its surrounding environment.

The historic manor house and farm buildings will be preserved as far as possible and transformed into modern homes, creating opportunities for strong communities to thrive. At the same time, the area will be opened to neighbors through a new public path system, connecting the surrounding residential areas, Lågegyden, and further towards Strandvejen.

Forma is responsible for the transformation of the manor with new terraced houses, while Sweco has prepared the local plan.
