Building Permit Granted for Rømersgade Renovation

We are pleased to announce that we have obtained a building permit for the conversion of the attic space and the renovation of existing club rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors into two new residential apartments at Rømersgade 7.

The permit includes a reconstruction of the roof structure with the addition of new dormer windows aligned with the facade and designed with narrow flanks to integrate seamlessly with the building’s architectural expression.

As part of the approval process, the municipality carried out a holistic assessment of the project. The decision emphasized that the building’s future scale is in line with the character of the surrounding block, and that the increased height will not significantly affect light conditions for neighbors or on the property itself beyond what is to be expected in a dense urban area.
