Lokalplan 241 officially approved

We are pleased to share that Lokalplan 241 has now been officially approved - marking an important step towards transforming the area around Vesterbrogade, Platanvej, and Henrik Ibsens Vej into a greener, more connected, and vibrant part of Frederiksberg.

Located at the corner of Vesterbrogade and Platanvej, the project brings together new residential buildings, retail, and public functions within a cohesive urban framework, while also transforming an existing residential building as part of the overall development. The ambition has been to carefully balance renewal with respect for the site’s historical context, while introducing new urban qualities that support everyday life, community, and activity in the city.

We would like to thank Frederiksberg Kommune for the close and constructive collaboration throughout the process. Sharing a common ambition to strengthen urban life, create more green spaces, and contribute with high-quality architectural and cultural environments has been both inspiring and rewarding.
