As part of an ongoing workplace transformation for a leading Copenhagen-based shipping company, we converted a former storage and server facility at ground-floor level into a new employee wellness hub.
The project transforms a highly technical and underutilized space into a pair of spa-inspired changing facilities, providing showers, personal lockers, shoe storage and dry-cleaning services for the company's employees. Designed to support active commuting and everyday wellbeing, the facilities enable staff to run or cycle to work and participate in the company's harbour-based sauna and cold-plunge community before starting the workday.

Working within the constraints of the existing structure, the project demonstrates how overlooked spaces can be repurposed to support new patterns of use and contribute to a healthier workplace culture. Through careful material selection, spatial clarity and a calm architectural atmosphere, the transformation elevates a formerly utilitarian environment into a welcoming and functional everyday destination.
